Founding Memberships
The Founding Membership is a founding pre-sale that funds the first printing of the magazine.

• If we do not reach 250 Founders by October 1, 2026, every Founder is refunded in full and no issue is printed or shipped.
• Once we reach 250 Founders and the first issue goes to print, Founding Membership purchases are final, as your contribution funds production.

Annual Subscriptions

• You have 48 hours from your purchase or auto-renewal charge to request a refund. After 48 hours, the current subscription term is non-refundable.
• Subscriptions are recurring and renew each year. You can cancel anytime from your account profile. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not refund the current term.
• Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 8 to 10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days pass after approval without your refund appearing, please contact us.

Merchandise
Launch merch, apparel, and other goods are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in genuine cases. Please reach out about sizing before purchasing.
